ULTRA VINYL WINDOWS – INDUSTRY LEADING PERFORMANCE

Choosing a vinyl window that can stand up to Houston's extreme heat and humidity, the torrential downpours, and the occasional hurricane, can be a daunting task. After all, most vinyl windows look very similar. However, poorly constructed vinyl windows can warp, sag, and bow in as little as two years – leading to excessive air and water infiltration. Ultra vinyl replacement windows are built to perform, year after year.

Ultra vinyl windows are made using the finest quality, specially blended, un-plasticized poly vinyl chloride, or uPVC. Using uPVC is good for the environment and good for homeowners, because it saves energy better than other materials, and it never rots, rusts, or corrodes. In addition, un-plasticized vinyl windows are much less prone to warping and cracking, than windows made from PVC.

For maximum strength and durability, all sash and frames corners are fusion welded, using state-of-the-art, four point computer robotic welding machines. Four point welders ensure that the sashes and frames are square, with the tightest tolerance in the industry (+/- 1/32"). The level of precision engineering results in a tighter fitting window and lower air infiltration ratings.

Triple point perimeter weatherstripping, foam filling within the frames and sashes, and an innovative sill design, gives Ultra vinyl windows the lowest Air Leakage rating in the industry. The lower the AL rating, the better a window is at keeping indoor air in and outdoor air out.

Kevlar reinforcement within the sashes provides incredible strength combined with the lowest thermal conductivity, which means extra energy efficiency. Kevlar is the ultimate reinforcement material for vinyl windows; 5 times stronger than steel, and 700 times more efficient than aluminum.

Ultra vinyl windows are gold label certified by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), and certified by the National Fenestration Ratings Council (NFRC).
